FULL SERVICE DESIGN

At Decorotation Interiors, we specialize in full-service interior design. Whether it’s a new build, a whole home renovation, a smaller scale remodel or simply selecting fixtures and furnishings, our team will collaborate closely with you and your builder (if applicable) every step of the way ensuring a seamless journey from concept to completion. Our Full Service Design agreement is a meticulous design process that includes:

  • Space Planning & Concept Design: Crafting the perfect layout and design vision to maximize functionality and reflect your unique style.

  • Design Development: Refining the vision with detailed selections, finishes, cohesive design elements, while looking at 3D renderings and material samples to bring your space to life.

  • Sourcing, Purchasing & Procurement: Managing the selection, ordering, and delivery of high-quality furnishings and materials to complete your design seamlessly.

  • Technical Drawings & Documents: Providing precise plans and detailed documentation to guide contractors and ensure flawless execution.

  • Construction Administration: Overseeing the design implementation through collaboration with your builder, regular site visits and troubleshooting along the way to ensure every detail is executed as designed.

  • Hands-On Installation: Bringing the design to life with meticulous placement of furniture, décor, and any final styling touches.

With our start-to-finish project management expertise, we act as an invaluable team member leading you through the design process and tackling the details needed to deliver a space that is as effortless as it is stunning.


PARTIAL SERVICE DESIGN

For clients ready to take on more of the heavy lifting during the final phases of their project, this agreement provides them with a paired down version of our Full Service Design offerings. We work with you to develop a comprehensive design package and any agreed upon corresponding documents so that you have everything you need to hand over to a contractor and/or implement on your own. 

This service includes what we consider the foundational elements of our design process without our studio handling purchasing, construction administration or installation. Services included are:

  • Space Planning & Concept Design: Crafting the perfect layout and design vision to maximize functionality and reflect your unique style.

  • Design Development: Refining the vision with detailed selections, finishes, cohesive design elements, while looking at 3D renderings and material samples, to bring your space to life.

  • Sourcing & Procurement (no purchasing included): Managing the selection of high-quality furnishings and materials to complete your design seamlessly.

  • Technical Drawings & Documents (if agreed upon): Providing precise plans and detailed documentation to guide contractors and ensure flawless execution.

With this flexible service, you’ll benefit from our professional expertise while maintaining control of the project’s execution. It’s a collaborative approach designed for those who are comfortable managing the logistics but want a professional’s touch to ensure a polished result.


CONSULTATION

Our one-hour consultation is the perfect way to jumpstart your project and is also the required first step for both our Full Service and Partial Service packages. Whether you're full of ideas but need a professional gut check, seeking advice on material selections, or navigating the remodeling process for the first time, we’re here to help.

This meeting is completely tailored to your needs and designed to be as efficient and impactful as possible. During our time together, we can:

  • Brainstorm creative ideas for your space.

  • Provide feedback on your designs, plans, or material selections.

  • Offer insight into the remodeling process and guidance on working with contractors or other subs.

  • Review plans for a property you’re considering purchasing or attend a walk-through (location dependent).

  • Help you prioritize and figure out where to start.

This service is ideal for DIY enthusiasts, homeowners, or even fellow designers seeking a peer review of any kind. We’re an open book—sharing honest advice, actionable feedback, and the expertise you need to move forward with confidence.

Available in-person or virtually, this consultation is all about giving you clarity and direction, whether you’re planning to tackle the project yourself or partner with us for a larger design service.
